I have been ironing today and it is the worst I know. Garantued to bring my mood on point zero.
I have a lot to do before our holiday, but tonight I made a large mandala for my niece, so I guess I had time (made time) to play also

ReplyDeleteGreat photo! I have never seen a rock rose before. Except for the color, the bloom is a bit like the papery delicacy of an alpine poppy, I suppose?
ReplyDeleteYou got me there - had to look up an alpine poppy. I think I have seen them before, and I would agree that they are probably rather similar. Very delicate, almost flimsy petals.
